The Yealm (Click here to view) - accomodating up to 35 people in 16 rooms, many of which are en-suite. Steps from a large forecourt with parking for 15 cars lead up to the south facing terrace with marvellous views of the river. The entrance hall gives access to large dining room with dance floor, lounge, childrens playroom, bar area with French doors leading to patio and barbeque area. The large, commercial kitchen provides all neccessary equipment for your catering requirements.

Harbourside Apartments (Click here to view) - located on a wooded hillside adjacent The Yealm, these purpose-built apartments comprise living / dining room, small modern kitchen, two bedrooms (one twin plus one double) bath / shower / wc room. The apartments provide either balcony or patio both with furniture. Outside is a shared laundry room with washer and tumble drier. A communal barbeque area provids a good opportunity to dine al-fresco whilst admiring the spectacular views across the Yealm Pool.

Benefits include use of a private jetty and storage for dingy trailers. A public pontoon and deep water moorings are available by arrangement with the Harbourmaster. A seasonal ferry operates from the pontoon giving access to Warren Point and Passage Woods on the Southwest Coast Footpath. Boat hire and sailing tuition are available locally. The Yealm Yacht Club is within easy walking distance.
